I love multi functional items so naturally, when I saw these shoes I fell in love! โค

Since I travel a lot, these kind of item come well in hand to help me save space in the luggage.

They are called Mime et Moi and they are made in Germany.

With these shoes, I can pack flats, heels and every other heel in between.

Plus, they are super cute! ^^

I like the straps and they are perfect for the summer! You have an option of different heights of heels and you can mix and match them.

I wish they also make ankle boots. That would be cool!

However, they are pretty pricey! It can come up to 200 euros. I know you get two shoes in one, but still… expensive!ย

If they ever go for sale or something, I would love to get them!

What to you think of these shoes? Would you wear them?

If anyone actually owns them, I would love to hear your review!

Also, please follow me on my Instagram! ๐Ÿ™‚

Have a great day everyone!

Be well! =)

OOTD It’s All About The Shoes

Finally another OOTD.

This one is connected to the post I did a couple of days ago about Minimalist Living. In short, instead of doing the capsule wardrobe, I am just going to keep track of what I wore through January (and other months) and I’ll get a better sense of what my capsule wardrobe will be like. You can read the post here.

A friend and I decided to just go out for drinks and see from there where it takes us. So I didn’t want to dress too fancy. Needless to say, we ended up clubbing! XD

In the end I just wore dark blue skinny jeans and a plain white T-shirt. Boring, huh?
I thought so too, but then I wore this gorgeous gold heels and everything changed! hhhh And of course, I need a little pop of colour so I chose this beautiful blue clutch.

For make up I had bright lipstick. I guess I could have worn some kind of a statement necklace , but I really wanted to wear this handmade necklace I was working on, but I didn’t finish it in time. But keep a look out, I’ll show it to you guys soon! ๐Ÿ˜‰ I am really interested in what you think!

If you ask me, simple but efficient!

What do you think?

Like and comment and follow to see the progress on the capsule wardrobe!

Kisses! =)

They’re Here!

Just a quick hello from me since I’m a bit busy now and my friend came to visit.
Aaaand…. I’ve chosen my shoes! =D Unfortunately, they didn’t have the second pair, but never mind. I’ll get them! ๐Ÿ˜‰
Just to show you my new ones. Can’t wait to start wearing them! ^^

Hopefully, in my next post I’ll pair them with some nice outfit! :))

OOTD Harry Potter

I just realized today that one of my favourite Harry Potter books (of which I am a huuuge fan) ”Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire” was released 10 years ago! Can you believe it?! I feel kind of old now… :S haha

Also, when I was talking to a friend I found out he is also HP fan so we decided to have a HP marathon. Again. So much fun, I love it! ๐Ÿ˜€

That is why I’m posting a Harry Potter inspired outfit.

It’s a Primark T-shirt I instantly wanted paired with comfy H&M shorts and my lovely Startas sneakers which are absolutely perfect and I am planning on getting more of them. โค

Just wright for a coffee with friends on a lazy day! ๐Ÿ™‚

So tell me, what is your favourite HP book? =)

OOTD New Sneakers

Hi!
I don’t know if you remember my wish list post on the Startas sneakers, but I finally bought a pair!
In the end, I chose very simple ones, light grey. I thought it was the most work appropriate. They are hand made suade and they got this nice, big bow in the front which you can take off.

Lovely! ^^
I had some problems finding them because they stopped their manufacture *cry*, but I met a realy nice sale lady who ordered them from another city which had my size! How nice is that?!? ๐Ÿ™‚ Yaay!

They also got some new ones out.

I’m not quite sure how I feel about them yet. But they attract me in a strange way. What do you think?

Anyways, in honor of my new sneakers I’m posting an OOTD.

Two combos. One is with a see through white cotton shirt and the other with my latest thrift find. This green/dark blue shirt with dainty flowers (50ยข). I paired it with powder pink shorts and pink belt (not really a pink fan but really liking these shorts). Top it off with some golden bagles and done!
Which one do you like better?

Have a nice day everyone! Kisses! ๐Ÿ™‚

Spring! Let’s Start It Up!

Friiiidaaay! =))

There is a reason I’m extra happy today! It is Easter break for kids which means 8 days of no school!ย Lovely! ๐Ÿ™‚ And just in time! I really do need a break from little voices going Teacher this, teacher that!

Since it’s such a nice and sunny day, I took a walk and window shopped a bit (that sound so weird, idk).

So I thought I would share a nice Croatian productย today.ย

These sneakers are called Startasย made by Borovo.

Borovo started with the manufacturing in 1931. Their first Startas were made in 1976 and they mere ment as shoes for playing table tennis, but they grew to be their best selling item all the way to the 1991 (if you’re wondering why that year exactly, there was a war in my country, but that’s a whole other story).

They were really popular in 70s and 80s. They lost their popularity for a while, but they did a rebrand a couple of years ago, put out some new ones and they are back in the game! As they should be! It’s always good to support products form your country and they are not onlyย comfortable, but also nice looking.

Basically, they are canvas shoes. Similar to Converse except they don’t have the rubber part in front.

Here are some pics.

These with the swallows are the ones that caught my eye today! Aren’t they nice? Just for the spring time! ๐Ÿ™‚

You can find them in all sorts of colours and fun designs! You can get them with or without a bow.

There are, of course, ones in basic colours (white, black and dark blue). A lot of girls started buying white ones and decorating them themselves which is also fun.

Like this…

ย

Then, there are also Borosane. The first ones were made in 1968 by a team of experts with dr. Branko Strinoviฤ‡, an orthopaedist. At that time, nobody really wore them except nurses. They have a really hard job and they are on their feet the whole day so they wore Borosane because they are really comfortable (after all, an orthopaedist designed them so they can’t be that bad for you, can they?).

They are also canvas shoes and they are cut out in the front for the toes and in the back where the heels is.

But, as I said, after the rebrand they gained in their popularity. I can’t say they are my favourite, but other girls like them.

The prices range from about 30-45$.

What do you think?

Do you like them?

Which ones would you choose? ๐Ÿ™‚
